By accessing and using PricePing (“Service”) at www.pricepingai.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PricePing is a price tracking service that monitors product prices from various online retailers and sends notifications when prices drop. We offer:

• Free Plan: Track up to 3 product URLs
• Pro Plan: Track up to 10 product URLs for $5/month

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pro Plan Subscription

• Pro Plan costs $5 USD per month
• Billing occurs monthly on the date you subscribe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• All payments are processed securely through Polar.sh

4.2 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Upon cancellation, you will be downgraded to the Free Plan

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass URL tracking limits
• Share your account with others
• Scrape or copy our data or technology
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Accuracy of all price data (prices are scraped from third-party websites)
• Delivery of all email notifications (due to email provider limitations)
• Availability of all product URLs (some sites may block scraping)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PricePing are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for missed price drops or notification failures
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on our price data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
